The Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota (EFMN) leads the fight to stop seizures, find a cure and help overcome the challenges created by epilepsy. The Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota’s Stroll for Epilepsy is the single largest fundraising and awareness event in Minnesota and North Dakota to benefit people with seizures. Every year since 1999, the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota has had the Stroll for Epilepsy it started in Rochester, Minnesota and has expanded to five major cities: Minneapolis/St. Paul, Duluth, Rochester, St. Cloud and Fargo/Moorhead. Receiving the diagnosis of epilepsy or a seizure disorder can bring an array of emotions. Some people express "relief" to finally know what they are dealing with. Still others face the diagnosis with fear, apprehension, and even sorrow.
