Leonard Green & Partners purchased a majority stake in the company in 2005 for a reported $200 million. The company filed for bankruptcy on September 10, 2010. On October 28, 2010, the chain was auctioned off with Landry's Restaurants being the winning bidder. Pasta Bravo was a fast casual restaurant of Irvine, California. At its height, Pasta Bravo operated 16 restaurants throughout the Orange and San Diego counties. Taco Bell is an American chain of fast-food restaurants based in Irvine, California. A subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc., they serve a variety of Tex-Mex foods including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, other specialty items, and a variety of "Value menu" items.
