Shoe Inserts

A shoe insert is a removable insole which accomplishes any of a number of purposes, including daily wear comfort, foot and joint pain relief from arthritis, overuse, injuries, and other causes, orthopedic correction, smell reduction, athletic performance, or even increasing the wearer's height or correcting for discrepancies in leg length. Corrective shoe inserts are often referred to as orthotics. Insertable insoles may contain built-in arch supports. Height-increasing shoe inserts are also known as shoe lifts or height increase insert/insoles. There are various forms of orthopaedic inserts or orthotic insoles available all with one common aim of correcting the lower limb. These orthotic insoles are designed to re-align the foot into its correct position to alleviate pain and discomfort. There are many types of orthotics with target certain biomechanical conditions; these types of devices are usually named after the foot condition associated with them. some of the more common types are arch support, Plantar fasciitis, post tibial dysfunction and Achilles Tatius.
